Sourcing
Transactions are sourced through our network of operators, founders, sponsors, and investors — not through open submissions. Only a small number move forward.
In-house review
NAU principals examine the market, business, structure, terms, risks, and people behind every prospective transaction.
Structuring
Selected transactions may be offered through dedicated investment vehicles formed and managed by NAU GP LLC. Relevant documentation and diligence materials are made available to participating members.
Member decision
NAU presents the transaction and its supporting materials. Each member independently decides whether to participate, conduct further diligence, or pass.
