About NAU

NAU is a private-markets network connecting accredited investors and institutions with selected opportunities across venture capital, private equity, real estate, and private credit. Members receive access to a multi-asset-class transaction pipeline, structured diligence materials, and, where appropriate, direct engagement with founders, operators, and sponsors.

Membership is offered through the NAU Platform, with access determined by each member’s profile and eligibility. Members review opportunities independently and may express interest in transactions offered through investment vehicles managed by NAU GP LLC.

NAU Platform provides content, diligence materials, and connections. It is not an investment adviser, broker, placement agent, or fiduciary. Members remain responsible for their investment decisions.
